It wasn't our best performance, but a win is a win and three points is big! We out-possessed the Redhawks with 62% possession in the match, and threatened several times going forward. Some huge defensive plays on the goal line kept the Redhawks out as we preserved the shut-out and got the 1-0 win. Lewis Knecht earned a penalty early in the second half and converted from the spot to give the Cavemen the 1-0 lead, which we held for good.
